Between January and July 2024, Peruvian pisco exports saw a decrease of 7% compared to the same period in the previous year, totaling US$ 5,121,000. The United States was the primary market, with shipments of US$ 1,876,000, despite a 2.3% drop. Other significant markets included Spain, Japan, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Colombia, Australia, Argentina, China, among others. The top ten companies were Destilería La Caravedo, Bodega San Isidro, Viña Tacama, Bodega San Nicolás, Bodegas y Viñedos Tabernero, Santiago Queirolo, Agrícola Viña Vieja Santa Isabel, Macchu Pisco, Bodegas Don Luis and Destilados Premium Perú. There was strong interest in pisco at the Expoalimentaria 2024 fair from South American, Central American, North American, and European buyers.
