Brazil's pork exports experienced a significant surge, with a 30% increase in the daily average until the second week of November 2024, according to Secex data. The country exported 35,552 thousand tons of pork, an increase from 91,130 thousand tons in the same period in 2023. The revenue from these exports also saw a positive trend, reaching US$ 90,030 million compared to US$ 208,373 million in the same period in 2023. The average price per ton of exported pork also increased by 10.7% in the same period, reflecting the sector's competitiveness in the international market.
