Separately, Andrii Sybiha drew attention to the Russian vessel that was transporting grain stolen from Ukraine and which had been allowed to dock in one of Israel's ports. This refers to the Russian bulk carrier ABINSK (IMO: 9303869), which, after 21 days of inactivity, entered an Israeli port, awaiting approval for docking.
