The volume of beef exported by TCP, which manages the Container Terminal of Paranaguá, grew by 49% from January to September this year, compared to the same period last year, to 736 thousand tons shipped. The total already exceeds by 9% the volume exported throughout the year of 2024, said the company. In a statement, the commercial, logistics, and customer service manager of TCP, Giovanni Guidolim, highlighted that the company's market share in the beef segment jumped from 23% to 30% in one year. According to the survey of the last nine months, China continues as the main destination of the product, accounting for 59.2% of exports.
