Brazil: With rain in Paraná and Minas Gerais, wholesale potato prices rise

This week (15 to 16/02), potato sales prices closed high in all wholesalers monitored by Hortifruti/Cepea. This scenario reflects the lower volume of tubers available on the market due to the rains in Paraná and Minas Gerais, which disrupted field activities. As a result, even with weaker demand due to Carnival, there was an increase.
