Poultry prices in the Egyptian local market have remained stable, with white poultry priced between 38 and 39 pounds per kilo and turkey priced between 55 and 65 pounds per kilo. The Ministry of Agriculture is planning to increase poultry exports to Saudi and Kuwaiti markets. The government is also promoting the poultry sector by encouraging the establishment of integrated projects in desert areas. Duck prices have stabilized at 50 and 65 pounds per kilo, and egg production is recorded at 13 billion annually.
