Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) noted that Indonesia was still importing 165,234 kilograms (kg) of poultry eggs in February 2023. This amount only decreased slightly -0.28% from the previous month's import volume which was recorded at 165,698 kg. When compared to the same month last year, there was an increase in imports of 8.69%, where in February 2022 the number of imported eggs was recorded at 152,011 kg.
