The National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives recently held a final presentation of management consulting at the main office of Yeonggwang County Fisheries Cooperative, targeting the board members and officials including the Chairman, Seojae-chang, of Yeonggwang County Fisheries Cooperative. In this consulting session, the National Federation of Fisheries Cooperatives proposed a direction for the cooperative's solid development by suggesting a vision of "Yeonggwang County Fisheries Cooperative where employees and members become strong through unity and grow through cooperation." Furthermore, it derived customized strategic tasks for the sustainable growth of Yeonggwang County Fisheries Cooperative, such as re-establishing the mutual finance base and continuously strengthening the fundamental competitiveness as management goals. Chairman Seojae-chang of Yeonggwang County Fisheries Cooperative said, "The officers and employees have worked hard over the past four months to derive strategic tasks for securing sustainable future growth momentum."
