Demand prices for corn at Ukrainian ports continue to rise, so farmers are in no hurry to increase sales, waiting for better prices, although the weather is improving logistics. During the week, export demand prices for corn in Ukraine have risen by $3-4/t to $213-215/t or 10350-10500 UAH/t with delivery to the Black Sea ports, and to 9400-9600 UAH/t at silo elevators, but the supply from farmers remains low. In Ukraine, about 8% of the corn acreage remains unharvested, so farmers hope for a price increase due to the shortfall in the harvest, although 29 million tons of grain have already been harvested, significantly exceeding last year's harvest of 26.8 million tons.
