In the administrative region of Erechim, productivity remains within expectations. The bulletin points out that "productivity so far is good, around 900 arrobas per hectare in 6,850 hectares planted." The price paid by the industry is approximately R$ 14.00 per arroba, but producers report "low demand from local industries for the crop."
