An innovative initiative for profitable productive reconversion, based on the technified exploitation of berries—blackberries and raspberries—has just been launched by the Red Fruits Project of Peru S.A.C., located at the “Vermelho” farm, at km 880 of the Pan-American Highway North, in a strategic area near the Olmos project, in the Lambayeque region. This ambitious business project has as its antecedent a successful validation in the Huaral–Chancay–Aucallama valley, just ten minutes from the Chancay megaport, where it has been consolidated as a true living school of productive reconversion towards high-profitability crops. In this space, producers, entrepreneurs, and investors participate permanently in technical and commercial training, articulated by private companies, regional and local governments, as well as educational institutions.
