Public-private work managed to control a lobster sleeve in Santiago del Estero

Buenos Aires - The joint work of the technical teams of the province of Santiago del Estero, producers and the National Service of Health and Food Quality (Senasa) managed to control a lobster sleeve that was in the Santiago town of Fernández. To control the pest, aerial and terrestrial phytosanitary treatments were carried out in more than 350 hectares, where the pest was settled. Prior to its entry into the Province, the Crisis Committee, convened by Senasa, established and articulated the intervention strategy against the plague.
