The document introduces new terms: "counterfeit pesticides and agrochemicals" The President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, has signed a law that improves state management in the area of the safe handling of pesticides and agrochemicals. The government of Russia is empowered to establish the procedure for the withdrawal from circulation of falsified and counterfeit pesticides and agrochemicals, as well as their destruction.
