PVFCCo - Phu My Completes Board of Directors Membership

PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation - JSC (PVFCCo - Phu My, stock code: DPM) successfully held an Extraordinary Shareholders' General Meeting online on May 29, 2025. The meeting was held at the conference point in the Corporation's Headquarters at 43 Mac Dinh Chi Street, Da Kao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The meeting was attended by numerous shareholders representing a valid ownership ratio, fully complying with legal regulations and the Corporation's Charter. The General Meeting voted and approved all agenda items, focusing on personnel consolidation of the Corporation's Board of Directors. At the request of the major shareholder - Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN) and considering personnel organizational needs, the General Meeting approved the dismissal of Mr. Trinh Van Khiem - Board of Directors Member, effective from May 30, 2025.
