On December 27, in Quang Ninh province, a Special Task Force for Drug and Crime Prevention patrol detected two cars transporting large numbers of livestock and fish without the required documentation. Car 14H-017.01 was carrying 450 plastic trays with 67,500 breeding chickens, driven by Nguyen Van Phan, and car 14C-241.51 had 8,000 sturgeon fingerlings, driven by Nguyen Van Binh. Both drivers failed to provide proof of the source of the goods and claimed to be renting the transportation for a fee. The functional forces have taken the drivers, vehicles, and goods for investigation, in accordance with the provisions of the law.
