Que Minh commune has seen economic growth and significant improvements in agriculture through restructuring, mechanization, and increased crop yields. The commune, which has 250.54 hectares of forestry land, also has a developing industrial and handicraft sector, but trade and service make up only 10% of the economic structure. The commune is constructing new villages to improve living standards and has invested in infrastructure such as the Cam Doi dam and a kindergarten. The commune is also concreting the University road to improve transportation.
