This growth is attributed to an 18% rise in new enterprises over the past five years, as reported by the Union of Rabbit Breeders. The meat's product range has also expanded, with a focus on both fresh chilled products and deep processing. The leading regions for rabbit meat production include Moscow, Smolensk, Orenburg, Bryansk, Lipetsk, Kostroma, Volgograd, Leningrad, and the Krasnodar Territory. These areas are not only increasing production volumes but also implementing new technologies to enhance efficiency and automation.
