Chlorpyrifos found in pomelo from China

The European food safety agency, RASFF, has reported the discovery of the unauthorized substance chlorpyrifos in Pomelo fruit from China. The excess of this substance was identified during a inspection in Romania and is described as serious. The contaminated fruit has been removed from the market and consumers are in the process of having it reclaimed.
