In a relevant fact sent to the Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), the company informed that the controlling shareholders - Reag Asset Management Ltda. and Reag Alpha Fundo de Investimento Financeiro em Ações - Classe Única - signed a contract to sell 87.38% of the share capital to Arandu Partners Holding S/A, an entity controlled by the main executives of Reag itself. The estimated value of the transaction is R$ 100 million, plus a contingent amount linked to net operating revenue for the next five years.
