Record support for hazelnuts in Georgia

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili announced that he plans to allocate 7 million dollars (127 million TL) to support hazelnut production in Georgia. Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said on Monday that his government plans to allocate about 20 million lari ($7 million) to subsidize the costs necessary for the maintenance and cultivation of hazelnuts to encourage domestic production.
