Registered Purple Basil is now an ice cream

Purple basil grown in the Arapgir district of Malatya and registered with a geographical indication has now been presented to citizens as ice cream. Known for its natural aroma and health benefits, purple basil ice cream was produced by the couple Hakan and Meral Poyraz Üge. Prepared entirely through natural methods and containing no additives, the ice cream quickly attracted intense interest.
