Starting today and until August 15, table grape producers from the provinces of Mendoza and San Juan can register in the Risk Mitigation System (SMR) of Senasa to market fruit in the domestic market and/or export to Brazil. This system enables the commercialization of fresh grapes without performing the quarantine treatment with methyl bromide against the Lobesia botrana pest, as established in current regulations. Registration is done through the SIGTrámites platform, accessing through the ARCA website and adhering to the corresponding service. Those with doubts can approach the nearest local office to receive advice on system usage.
