The average selling price of top-grade raw milk was 36,900 RUB/t. According to the departmental monitoring of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, conducted among large and medium-sized agricultural producers and processing enterprises, as of November 12, in the Penza region, the average price for cattle for slaughter was 176,600 RUB/t, for boiled, cooled, or chilled beef and veal meat was 377,000 RUB/t; for boiled, cooled, or chilled pork was 223,600 RUB/t; for chilled chicken meat (in carcasses) was 178,300 RUB/t. The average selling price of top-grade raw cow's milk was noted at 36,900 RUB/t, first grade was 30,000 RUB/t, second grade was 27,600 RUB/t. The cost of pasteurized milk with 3.2% fat content at processing enterprises was 69,000 RUB/t, dried skimmed skimmed milk (not more than 1.5% fat content) was 222,000 RUB/t, butter with 72.5% fat content was 950,000 RUB/t, cheeses was 700,000 RUB/t.
