The reasons for the market stagnation are clear when restaurants and other catering sectors closed completely. To show the effect, last year I sold about 100 kg of truffles every week, this year - from 30 to 40 kg a week, ”says Pop Doralin, head of the Romanian truffle export company SC Montana.
