The systemic implementation of leading-edge agricultural technologies can ensure an increase in profitability in crop production by more than 21%. This was stated by Oleg Knyazkov, Deputy Head of the Industry Expertise Center (IEC) of Rosselkhozbank, at an expanded meeting of the final board of the Tatarstan Ministry of Agriculture. This will also lay the foundation for sustainable growth in conditions of climate and market volatility. Analysts from the bank studied 23 key agricultural technologies and combined them into four strategic blocks: selection and genetics; agrochemistry and fertilizers; engineering solutions, as well as digitalization and artificial intelligence.
