The industry also saw a surge in production of various dairy products by an average of 8% to 16% during the first nine months of 2024. Russia's dairy product exports are projected to exceed 1 million tons by the end of 2024, marking a 22% increase from the previous year. The industry's growth is anticipated to continue into 2025, with an expected increase in the production of milk and dairy products.
