Kocabaş noted that the problems they experienced with broccoli have started to be seen in Brussels sprouts, stating that the price from the farmer, which was 50 lira a month ago, has dropped to between 35-40 lira. Highlighting that producing Brussels sprouts is costly, Kocabaş said: "One gets between 1.5 to 2 tons per hectare. If everything goes well, the farmer gets 2 tons. Since it is difficult to collect, there is a very high collection cost of 20 lira per kilogram. We are currently selling it for 35-40 lira. 20 lira goes to the worker.
