Russia has renewed the ban on rapeseed exports

The Russian Government has renewed the ban on the export of rapeseed until August 31 of this year. A decree on this has been signed, according to the Telegram channel of the Cabinet of Ministers. Let us remind you that this measure concerns crops under the foreign economic activity (FEA) commodity codes of the EAEU 1205 10 900 0 and 1205 90 000 9. The conditions of the restrictions have not changed. As before, the ban does not apply to supplies to Russia’s partner countries in the EAEU, as well as to Abkhazia and South Ossetia, the export of culture within the framework of international intergovernmental agreements and the provision of humanitarian assistance to foreign countries, when transported by road or rail from the territory of the Russian Federation from the state border checkpoint Zabaikalsk, etc. The full list of exceptions is listed in the original ban document.
