Russia increased oat exports by 3.5 times from January to February

Russia has seen a significant increase in oat exports in the first two months of 2023, with over 64,000 tons exported, a 3.5 times increase from the same period in 2022. The exports were valued at $15.7 million, a 3.6 times increase from the previous year. The main importers were China and Mongolia, importing over $9 million and $3.5 million worth of oats respectively. Despite this, Russia's oat harvest for 2023 decreased to 3.3 million tons, down from 4.5 million tons in 2022.
