Russia is planning to impose duty-free quotas for the export of canned fish and seafood from certain regions, as proposed in a draft resolution prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development. The proposed tariff quotas would be established for the export of canned fish products and canned seafood from several regions, with the Kaliningrad region set to have quotas for 2024. The proposed quotas for the Kaliningrad region include 4.4 thousand tons for canned fish and 100 tons for canned seafood.
