A new decision aims to oblige crab auction winners to either order ships or develop infrastructure related to ports and railways. The required facilities include a refrigeration room for 25 thousand tons, a living water overexposure complex of at least 200 tons, and a container platform for 400 containers. The implementation of an investment project under crab quotas must commence within a year of the share agreement's conclusion. This move is anticipated to boost shipbuilding in the Far East by 2.2 times by 2035, leading to a modernized fishing fleet and the creation of more processing industries.
