Ilyashin emphasized: "The change in structure has made agricultural exports more stable, reducing dependence on the raw materials market conditions." Ilyashin pointed out that by 2025, exports of high value-added product categories maintained a positive growth trend. Among them, meat product exports increased by 22%, dairy products by 13%, confectionery by 13%, pasta by nearly a quarter, ready-made meat by 15%, and tea and coffee by almost a third. Earlier, Russian Agriculture Minister Rut indicated that Russia plans to reduce the share of grain in agricultural exports to 25% by 2030.
