Sales of Bashkir grain on the Russian domestic market have doubled

In 2023, Bashkiria more than doubled the volume of grain sales to the country’s domestic market, reports Rosselkhoznadzor for the Republic of Belarus. Also, the number of regions that purchased Bashkir grain has almost doubled - now there are 23 of them. According to the department, Bashkir agricultural companies sold 507.8 thousand tons of grain and processed products. Grain products were sent to the Altai, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk and Perm territories, Crimea, Astrakhan, Belgorod, Leningrad, Novosibirsk, Orenburg, Oryol, Samara, Saratov, Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk regions, Karelia, Tataria, Udmurtia, LPR and other regions . For comparison: in 2022, the Bashkir agro-industrial complex shipped 263.3 thousand tons of grain legumes to domestic contractors in 14 regions of the country.
