U.S. plant-based milk sales saw a 6.4% increase, reaching nearly $2.3 billion in the fiscal year ended June, as reported by Green Queen. Despite a slight decrease in sales, almond milk continues to lead, with sales totaling $1.2 billion. Oat milk's sales rose by over 50% to more than $527 million, despite supply issues and lawsuits, while soy milk's sales decreased by 0.09% to $165 million. Sales of pea milk increased by over 27% year-on-year to $60 million per year. However, sales of coconut, rice, and cashew milk analogues decreased by 8%, 11%, and almost 14% respectively, and there was no consumer interest in milk substitutes blends.
