São Paulo, 28/11/2025 - São Martinho announced its eighth issuance of simple debentures, not convertible into shares, of the unsecured type, in a single series, in the amount of R$ 500 million.
There will be 500 thousand debentures with a unit value of R$ 1 thousand. The issues have a term of seven years, maturing on November 15, 2032. The remuneration will be 12.19% per year based on 252 business days.
The amount will be used to finance the industrial phase of biofuel production, through the recovery, adaptation, maintenance, and modernization of the industrial ethanol production plant of Usina Boa Vista, located in the municipality of Quirinópolis, State of Goiás.
