The operation reinforces the French group's presence in Brazil and expands its local portfolio with traditional domestic consumption brands, such as Glória and Quatá, said the owner of Polenghi in the statement. According to Savencia, the transaction will allow the company to complement its operation in the Brazilian dairy market, adding the strength of Quatá's brands to the existing portfolio in the country, which includes Polenghi, Campo Lindo, Polenguinho, and Frescatino.
