One of the largest cheese producers in the Rostov region, "Semikarakorsky Cheese Plant," plans to maintain a growth in production of 3-4% in 2026. This was reported by RBC Rostov according to the company's press service. According to representatives of the plant, such annual growth has been observed over the past few years. "It will be difficult to grow more intensively, as the cheese market is quite competitive and saturated, on the one hand, and on the other, it can be noted that the South of Russia is not the most dairy region and competition for raw materials is also quite tough," they clarified at the enterprise.
