The Korea Apple Association held the 'Apple Levy Temporary General Assembly and the 3rd Apple Levy Management Committee' on July 29. This meeting was the first official meeting held after the launch of the 3rd term delegate system, with delegates from various regions across the country attending to establish the main organizational structure and the basis for future business initiatives. Additionally, a strong resolution meeting against the import of U.S. apples was held, consolidating the concerns and response intentions of local farmers. At the Apple Levy Temporary General Assembly, 19 producer organizations and 53 farmers were elected as 3rd term delegates, totaling 72 individuals.
