Seoul Milk and Dairy Association sign MOU for efficient handling of unused raw milk.

The Seoul Milk Cooperative (Chairman Moon Jin-seop) and the Dairy Promotion Association (President Kim Sun-young) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the 6th to utilize milk processing facilities as a public concept for the efficient disposal of unused raw milk. This agreement was made to alleviate the burden of processing caused by the imbalance in domestic raw milk supply and demand and the occurrence of unused raw milk, and to establish a sustainable development foundation for the dairy industry through the efficient use of raw milk resources. Through this agreement, both organizations plan to jointly promote the prediction and management of unused raw milk on a national scale, the processing of unused raw milk through the operation of milk powder manufacturing facilities, and other initiatives.
