Shanghai is taking measures to ensure the supply and stabilization of prices of staple and non-staple foods, including vegetables and pork, during the Spring Festival. The city is increasing connections with large-scale bases and maintaining over 80% of personnel during the festival. Major markets are open, and stocks have increased by 20-30%. Shanghai has also established affordable pork and vegetable supply counters, and is strengthening market supervision to maintain price stability. Since January 30, over 5,326 law enforcement personnel have inspected over 7,543 vegetable business households in Shanghai.
