The Gyeongbuk Provincial Agricultural Research and Development Institute is developing a color chart to determine the maturity of the Shine Musket grape variety for export. The chart will help standardize quality by dividing skin color into five stages based on fruit maturity. The institute is also applying for a patent for the chart's image and plans to transfer the design technology to the Korea Grape Export Association. The goal is to distribute the chart to farmers and exporters to ensure consistent quality of Shine Musket grapes.
