Spain: Significant rise in the price of sheep's milk in July

The average price of sheep's milk stood at 1,158 euros/liter in July, which represents a rise of 22.4% compared to the price of July 2021, the most pronounced so far this year, according to data from the Ministry of Agriculture. This increase coincides with a new decrease in production (48.44 million liters in that month, 5.69% less than in July last year).
