Sinan County (acting county head Kim Dae-in) announced that the planned population for the "Rural Basic Income Pilot Program" has been exceeded. As of the end of last month, the population of Sinan County reached 39,903. This is a result of a surge in population since the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs announced the pilot program selection results on October 20, increasing from 38,883 at the end of September by 1,020 people. The county had initially set the planned population for next year at 39,816 for the pilot program and confirmed the project budget, but now, with the current population exceeding the planned population by 87, it is an unavoidable situation that the number of participants must be limited within the project budget.
