(Agraria.pe) Innovation, added value, and regional commitment shone brightly at the Expoalimentaria 2025 fair, where dozens of small businesses located in the Pymexporta Pavilion and regional government pavilions made a difference with high-quality products and are projecting themselves with enthusiasm to position themselves abroad, reported the Association of Exporters (ADEX). The Pymexporta Pavilion showcased the talent, creativity, and export capacity of 15 SMEs that were selected after a process of technical evaluation and specialized accompaniment. Their offerings included fresh fruits (avocado, mango, pomegranate, blueberry, dragon fruit, mandarin), superfoods (quinoa, chia, oats, granolas, natural snacks), and others such as specialty coffee, panela, jams, nectars, Maras salt, cookies, and sauces.
