The state of Paraná is expected to harvest 21.96 million tons of soybeans in the 25/26 crop, a 4% increase from the 12.18 million tons recorded in the last crop. The data, released by Deral this Thursday (30), also indicate that the area is estimated at 5.776 million hectares, compared to 5.770 million hectares, which is practically stable. The entity states that soybean planting continues at an accelerated pace with favorable prospects. So far, planting has reached 71% of the total planned area. Deral affirms that 97% of the already planted crops are in good condition and only 3% show a median situation, a result favored by the climate and good soil moisture. Regarding the summer corn, the state is expected to harvest 3.46 million tons of the cereal in the 2025/26 crop, 13% higher than the previous crop, which was 3.05 million tons.
