A recent report by IndexBox on the Spanish market for cauliflower and broccoli reveals a notable increase in exports, reaching a peak of $546M in 2020, marking a 14% rise from the previous year. The majority of these exports were directed towards the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands, with Norway, Poland, and Belgium experiencing the most significant increases in purchases. The average export price per tonne rose by 11% in 2020, with Switzerland having the highest price. The report also highlights a decrease in exports to Italy but relatively stable exports to the Netherlands.
