Spanish fuet sausage causes 45 cases of salmonellosis in France

The French Ministry of Health announced on its website the recall of all batches of Spanish dried sausage related to 45 cases of salmonellosis, 27 of which affect children. These cases are related to the consumption of fuet sausage produced by the Spanish company Embutidos Caula SL, based in Girona.
