Specialty crops harvest is underway in Nebraska, United States

Central Nebraska farmer Clay Govier says harvest is underway. “We actually knocked down some kidney beans the other day and hopefully we will get those combined and picked up here in the next four or five days,” Govier says. “Harvest has kind of already begun but we’ll do some high moisture corn and I bet that will get going in another week to 10 days.” Govier grows corn and soybeans a long with a variety of specialty crops near Broken Bow.
