Paraguay started the second stage of foot-and-mouth disease vaccination

This Monday the second period of vaccination against foot-and-mouth disease and bovine brucellosis began this year. The activity, which began yesterday, will last until June 3, while the registration of animals will go until the 17th of the sixth month. Resolution No. 1187/2021 of the official veterinary service establishes that during the second vaccination stage of 2022, the categories of calves and male and female weaners throughout the national territory (cattle and buffalo) will be immunized against foot-and-mouth disease.
