Hungary: Strawberry growers are sure of a good season

Hungarian strawberry growers are optimistic about this year's season. The demand for strawberries is clear. Due to the slightly cooler spring, the beginning of the 2023 Hungarian strawberry season will be delayed by a few days, but good flowering on the plantations allows for good prospects. "The development of plants in ground plantations is delayed for a few days due to lower temperatures than usual, but on the other hand, it is not particularly cold either. Many growers are already selling strawberries in wholesale markets, but strawberry availability in general is still low.
